What we collect
When you submit the contact, quote-request or buy-back form on this website, TFI collects the name, company, email address, phone number and message you submit. Server-side, we also log the IP address and country code of the request via Cloudflare.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, scope a quote, or assess buy-back equipment. We do not use this information to send marketing or share with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to support the resulting commercial relationship, and is reviewed periodically for deletion of records no longer needed.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tfi.co.za.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set on this site.
