Our hardware SLA offering can be customised to your unique business requirements, whether it is a response-based SLA or Spare Parts As A Service (SPAAS). We ensure that you are covered for any faults or repairs during the contract period.

Our inventory, knowledge and expertise help you reduce support contract costs from vendors or even forced upgrades where there simply is no budget or requirement for much higher-priced current-generation hardware.

SLA types

  • Response-based SLA

    Defined response window for hardware faults — on-site or RMA-style. SLA terms tailored to your operating reality.

  • Spare Parts As A Service (SPAAS)

    TFI stocks the spares pool against your installed base. Faulty units swap out from inventory rather than waiting on an OEM RMA cycle.
